Greetings:
When I log in, I get the Pedigree File explorer at http://app1.pedigreesoft.com/fcgi-bin/app.fcgi
Then I click on "My Family" which happens to be the pedigree chart I started (which says I have 6 entries). However, after clicking, I get a blank pedigree chart. In order to get my chart I need to do a search for my surname. That's OK. But I'd rather get the whole chart up there by default. Is there away to set that in preferences or something? |

The problem you encountered was due to a bug that allowed an individual
to be created in your PedigreeSoft file without a RIN id which confused
the algorithm that determines the default individual. Thanks to your
report, that bug has now been fixed and the appropriate individual loads
by default in your PedigreeSoft file. Thank you for your report and let us
