This week, we're excited to announce two new features:

Full Multimedia Support- Record important family memories
including photos, sounds, movies and more. You can attach any kind of
file or multimedia to any individual. Images and PDF documents are
automatically displayed as thumbnails in the media gallery view. Click on
the 'Media' tab in the Pedigree Tree Explorer to check out this new feature.
Note that the maximum amount of media that you can store in
the PedigreeSoft.com application depends on your subscription level.

Live Help- We now offer live, text-based chat with our support
representatives during our office operating hours. If you have a question
or need help, just click the 'Live Help' button. Look for the 'Live Help' icon
on the main website and inside the PedigreeSoft.com application.

Several other features are currently in the works. We'll continue to add
additional features on a regular basis. If you have an idea or a
