I entered one source and saved it.

Entered a second source and was unable to save it.

There are never any limits to the number of sources you can save. Did
you receive any kind of error message when attempting to save an
additional source? Can you be more specific on the steps you took to
save a source? This will be helpful in further troubleshooting your issue.
