Need to be able to retain place names so that one doesn't have to repeatedly rekey place names.

On the Record Manager screen, both the Birth Date and Death Date fields
should automatically populate as you begin to type in a place name.
However, in order to limit page load times, the autopopulate mechanism
only loads the sixty most commonly used place names in your file.
This feature may not be compatible with all browsers, but it is known to
be working in the latest versions of both Internet Explorer and Firefox.
