I am beginning to wonder if subscribers to PedigreeSoft are victims of a scam! There are too many questions unanswered, no help is being offered, and great promises are not fulfilled. When are we going to receive answers????

I sincerely apologize for your perception of poor quality of service. As
you may have heard, PedigreeSoft was recently acquired by
FindMyPast.com, the UK's leading family history website. We appreciate
your patience as we complete the transition of PedigreeSoft operations to
findmypast and to our new headquarters in London, England. During this
period, forum feedback has been interrupted, but we've always been
available via email and telephone and will continue to be.

PedigreeSoft is excited to gain the support and backing of a genealogy
industry leader. findmypast is not only well-regarded for the quality and
breadth of its services, but also unparalleled in its commitment to its
customers. As we continue this transition, I'm certain all your future
needs will be promptly satisfied.

We are currently working on developing PedigreeSoft 2.0 which is
anticipated to be released next month. It incorporates many new
features, corrections and updates based on feedback received by many
customers over the previous year. Along with the resources made
available by our new association with findmypast, I'm sure that your
customer experience will only improve.
