My main gedcom file was originally created on RootsMagic Windows PC. It is in the vicinity of 3,500 individuals. I now have a MAC and I still have not retrieved my gedcom from the hard drive of my pc, so in the meantime I have downloaded my file from GenCircles into Heredis X2 on my MAC.
I have tried NUMEROUS times and ways to import my file into Pedigree Soft and to no avail. First I created a file from Heredis to export. Didn't work. Then I tried again. Nope. Then I downloaded the file straight from Ancestry onto my desktop and simply tried to import that. Nope. Then I downloaded my file from GenCircles to my desktop, it said that it was successful with ZERO individuals imported!!!
NOW where the heck is customer service here? I've paid 40 bucks for nothing at this point. I've clicked on the Customer Service icon and nothing happens. I hope that's not a sign of things to come here. |

Becky-
I apologize for any issues you are experiencing. We want you to have a
successful experience with our service.
Unfortunately, not all GEDCOM files are formatted properly by the
software that exports them and occasionally it confuses our software. If
you could please email the GEDCOM file that you would like imported to
support@pedigreesoft.com, we can identify what is going on, import the
file and most likely adjust our software to correctly interpret similar files
in the future.
Thank you,
Matt Garner
