I need to share a two databases with two different relatives. I have upgraded, so I should have up to 5. But I am having difficulty finding information on how to do it. Do I just send them my login and password? Can I still share it with them and make a "Private" database? Thanks.

I figured it out. It's in the Root Individual page in the Sharing with USERS column.

When I attempt to share my subscription, I get the following red error message: Error: The email address (xxxx@yahoo.com) does not match an existing PedigreeSoft Account.

Did you set them (the people with whom you want to share) up with free basic accounts? You'll need to do that first--I think. I'm not positive, but try it.

That's correct, you can't share with a user unless they're already setup
with a free basic account. They don't actually have to sign up themselves,
you can sign up for them, they'll just need to confirm their email address
the same way you would have when you setup your account.
