To export your Pedigree File as a GEDCOM, go to the Tools tab in the
main Pedigree Tree Explorer and select the Export File to GEDCOM
link. This will allow you to save all your data to your local computer as a
GEDCOM file which you should then be able to import into GedStar.

I exported the file to GEDCOM and converted it to view on my Palm PDA.
However, when I open the Gedstar 5 program, in the Family view, it only show one child when I have 3 in my pedigreesoft database. Is this a bug? who can I contact? Thanks for your help.

Hmm. It could be a bug in the way PedigreeSoft exports the GEDCOM, or
possibly even a bug in Gedstar. If you could please email your GEDCOM
to support@pedigreesoft.com , we can take a look and see what's going on.

I've used GedWise, on my Treo. I think it was free. If the problem's w/ your Palm software, you might try another program. Or, put the other way, why not explore this option for resolution, if it's cheap/free. www.BatteryParkSoftware.com |
